If you're looking for reliable wedding coordinators to ensure your wedding runs seamlessly through and through, you'll want to go with Tum Hi Ho Events. My sister used THH back in 2016 and her wedding ran just as perfectly back then as mine did this year!

We hired THH for day-of-coordination but even before our wedding day, Nina (our lead coordinator) was jumping through hoops to ensure we had the smoothest wedding possible - no matter what unexpected situations came up!

We had quite a few unanticipated changes and cancellations come up the week leading up to the wedding and Nina was in direct contact with all of our vendors to ensure everything was communicated in a detailed manner. THH, along with all our wonderful vendors, was forced to pivot so much DAYS leading up to our wedding but still remained organized and diligent through it all. We've said this so many times, but we wouldn't change a single thing about our wedding day and that is largely because of how perfectly it all went. None of that would have been possible if it wasn't for Nina, Nikita, Romy, and Aditi - the best hypewomen and coordinators we could've asked for!

Our wedding included a lot of extra, non-traditional elements that can easily throw off a timeline - for example, we had a double baraat that ended with a choreographed dance. Our coordinators remained calm and were able to keep our guests moving in the right direction so everyone knew where to be when. Our direct families, bridal party, and several of our guests commented on how well our whole day flowed and how organized our coordinators were!

We are so thankful we were able to actually enjoy our wedding day and forget all the craziness that went into the planning process. We owe so much of that to Nina and our whole THH team!

We started working together 3 months away from the event, and they made sure every thing was perfect for the day of. We did not run into any issues the day of, and THH played a huge role in that!

I don't know how to fully express how pleased we are with Tum Hi Ho events. Quite frankly, it was the single best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process - everything else went absolutely perfectly and it was a 100% domino effect after choosing THH as our planning and coordination company.

One of the first statements Hiren, our lead planner, said to us during our initial meeting over a year ago was "we're going to become real close over the next year." And he was not kidding. Hiren and Miloni who took on the planning of our destination wedding in Cancun (6 total events which took place last month) were our confidants and sounding boards through every up and down that comes with wedding planning. The level of organization and structure THH provided through the whole process is incomparable. Planning a destination wedding in the midst of an ever changing pandemic is no easy feat, but they are consummate professionals that were honest, realistic and empathetic through every step. They took on all of our concerns as their own and fought countless battles for us to bring every one of our visions to life in the most tasteful and unique ways.

My husband and I were extremely impressed through the planning phase, but to be transparent - we were holding our breath until our events approached to see how everything really came together when it counts. Ok... you need to understand what I mean when I say they ABSOLUTELY CRUSHED IT. Hiren along with two attendants, Shaili and Romy were absolutely amazing from start to finish through our entire wedding weekend. Every single moment I was worried about anything, it was already taken care of before I could even say the words. Every friend/family member involved in a specific event or anyone who had a particular task WAS ALREADY THERE ready to go before I could even investigate - THH handled EVERYTHING. I was floored at their thoroughness and ability to think on their toes as things came up. It was seamless.

I lost track of how many people came up to me praising our planning team. What sets THH apart is the fact that they are GENUINELY good people who build an invested relationship with you when they take your wedding on. Having Hiren there interacting with the most important people in our lives so effortlessly felt like family was managing our wedding - he had our best interests in mind the entire way through and was our most valued source of safety and security. I don't know how to thank him, Miloni, Shali and Romy enough. They will forever be tied to the most incredible experience of our lives. Emphasizing this as much as I possibly can - choosing THH for planning/coordination will be the best decision you make for your wedding. Hands down.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to have a wedding planner or coordinator at the wedding. You may think you have everything covered, but there is always that one thing you may forget. And most importantly, not all coordinators are bred equally. Tum Hi Ho Events hands down made our event function flawlessly and coordinated everything with excellent communication. We have to give a big shoutout to Ami Patel and her flawless team who was the lead coordinator and worked with us from start to finish. Tum Hi Ho knows what they are doing and eased any concerns or stress levels the days leading up to and the day of the wedding. For our wedding, we had excellent vendors, but Tum Hi Ho was the glue that put it all together!

We loved working with the THH team! Charu was our lead coordinator and was very efficient and kept everything moving slowly. Her and her team of 3 other members ensured our sangeet, ceremony, and reception and flowed through well and handled our final vendor payments and tips. She made some last minute calls accordingly and our bridal and groom attendants constantly asked me and my husband what we needed. All of our vendors spoke highly of their efficient timelines as well. We would recommend the THH team to anyone looking for a planner!

If you are looking for an event coordinator for your wedding, seriously look no further!! From the moment we first engaged with THH to inquire about their services and approach to wedding coordination they were incredibly professional, warm, and reliable. We never waited more than 24 hours for a response from our lead coordinator, Alisha, whether it be by email or text (which was almost nearly an immediate response). The entire process was so smooth and well defined - from the client portal with extremely clear deadlines and questionnaires, to the site visits at both of our venues, the team was so incredibly trustworthy, flexible, and reassuring about every decision. In the final 30-45 days leading up to our event, the team was incredibly accessible and understanding despite multiple changes to our final timelines, preferences, vendors, you name it! When our day finally came, THH exceeded ALL expectations. In particular, Shaili, my personal attendant, and Alisha never left my side and helped handle any and all questions/decisions/hiccups on our big day. Not only did they bring a positive and uplifting attitude throughout the long day, but they also handled my immediate family, bridal party, and guests with the utmost respect and care - truly as if my family was theirs. A month later, our guests still comment on just how smooth and seamless every second of our day was, and for that we have the entire THH team to thank!!

We were originally supposed to be married in 2021 and postponed to 2022 due to the uncertainty of COVID. We had hired THH in December of 2020 to be our planners and coordinators for our wedding.

Safe to say we have spent a lot of time with our lead planner, Hiren, and his team, navigating family, COVID protocols, vendors, etc. They were easily the best investment we made the entire wedding. I will split my review on their planning versus coordinating services since I wasn't originally sure if I wanted help with the planning (now that I've done it, it was 100% worth having them for both).

1. Planning - Hiren was able to guide us as we reviewed many vendors for everything (caterers, DJ, band, decorators, baraat vehicles, photographer, videographer, cocktail mixologist, sari drapers, HMU for family, HMU for bride). He gave us space to get to know the vendors and provided his view on vendors when we asked. He also quickly understood our style / vibe. I remember a particular decorator meeting we went to and Hiren quickly could tell I was not interested and unsure of which decorators would understand my vision. He guided me to the decorator I eventually went with and he was completely right we loved her. My husband and I did all of the planning ourselves, our families participated a little but we made all of the decisions. We also made a few non-traditional decisions in wedding planning that our vendors were a little resistant to. Over and over again Hiren (quietly/subtilely) advocated for the decisions we made and made sure that our wedding weekend was a reflection of who we are. It was something so many of our loved ones said to us after the fact - this wedding really felt like you guys! I'm not sure we would have stuck with some of those decisions if Hiren hadn't helped us stick with our gut feelings.

2. Coordinating - I mean just impeccable. The communication with families, vendors, bridal party was all on point. Everyone received advance schedules and knew where they needed to be. We were on schedule (or early) the whole weekend and everyone commented on how well the weekend flowed. This was both because of the advance work the team did and their attentiveness during the weekend. I remember that 10 minutes before the baraat it started drizzling and neither my husband or I felt like we knew what to do (should we shift indoors or stick with the original plan?). Hiren was able to make the game time decision for us and we stuck with the original plan. The drizzle ended a few minutes after we started. In times like that it was great to have someone on the ground who had done this countless times. His instincts are excellent.

Our other THH day of coordinators were also amazing. They pre-empted our needs and brought very positive calm energy. There was a moment after my baraat (we did a joint bride/groom baraat) when my contact lens was messed up and we needed to go back up to the bridal suite so I could handle it. My bridal attendant managed all the stress around ensuring I felt comfortable while also getting me to my ceremony entrance in time.

The last thing I will say is that I actually enjoyed my wedding and my friends, family and husband say the same. With THH handling so many details, we were able to let go of a lot of stress and spend time with our loved ones. There's no greater feeling at the end of a wedding weekend that we waited 2.5 years for.
