Scammers. Left the Sydney Opera House and entered the taxi as it was first in the queue. After we put our seatbelts on the driver said “I can’t run the meter as I’m on my way home and this is my last fare for the night”. We exited quickly. Another dodgy taxi ripping of people. I’d hate to think what these drivers do to tourists

DO NOT take this cab from Sydney airport unless you want to pay double fare. I thought it was a decent company since it could operate right outside the Sydney airport and there was an operator directing the crowd.

Look at the video, on how the metre jumps 10 cents every second even when car is stationary. I said I m paying cash and will need a receipt but driver never provided any after collecting my money. In a raised voice, he tried to justify the high cost and surcharge due to higher inflation and cost of living.

Initial fare was nearly $70, and driver added more surcharge. Total bill from airport, 12km, cost AUD 94.

AVOID!! Absolute scammers!

I was waiting for a taxi at the airport and was directed to the next taxi which was a Tuk Tuk. I was charged more than double what an Uber would’ve costed me. The meter started at $20 and would increase dramatically, even when we were stopped. Our driver was awful and drove very dangerously.

Stay clear of this company. My family (wife, 2 year old, and 2 month old baby) used this service from the international airport.

We asked the driver to drive us near Fairfield, which should have taken 45 mins with traffic. This turned into a 1+ hour trip when this driver decided to take a detour to Casula, where we ended up in a quiet neighbourhood.

After flagging this with the driver, he ended up looping back up towards Liverpool.

What really pissed me off is that he suggested that he would leave us on the side of the road if we didn't like the way he was going. He also tried blaming google maps, but as uaual I had google maps running on my phone too as a habit of seeing where I am while using public services. He was way off the quickest route.

This thief was obviously trying to squeeze more cash out of my family.

I didn't get the drivers name, but I did get the license plate.

DO NOT GET ON THIS TAXI! Last month I got into this taxi and when I got to my destination, he tried to charge me more than double what we agreed on. Not wanting to pay that amount, he closed the car doors, I couldn't get out. He started yelling at me and finally abandoned me on a street far from my house. I had to order another taxi (Uber). It was at night and I was ALONE in this taxi. DON’T TRUST THESE TUKTUK TAXI. I was very scared! His registration number: T1607, I took in Darlinghurst, Sydney.

Do not use! The driver was abusive after picking us up at the domestic airport and then finding out it was a short fare. We offered to get out and he said it was too late and then continued to berate us for theentirw trip. I had to ask him repeatedly not to be abusive. He was yelling and being really agressive towards two female passengers. This company deserve their low score!

I would have rated zero if it was possible. How can it be legal for this taxi company to exist in a city like Sydney? They charged us double what it should cost to travel from the airport to Lane Cove and the taxi stunk of BO and mould. No license or fare rates on display. Come on regulators - we saw them checking taxis at Lisbon airport, why not here? International tourists must be appalled.
