Thrashed car, down shifted into first from second instead of into third, scrapped front bumper when pulling back into driveway. 1 of 300 made in that spec and treated it like a second hand Camry. Seemed to have some knowledge but not completely rounded. Nice fella but not happy with treatment of car and no apologies.

One word sums up my experience : terrific! Mark has a wonderful customer-focussed manner, and the technical expertise is exceptional. My aging car developed a serious clutch problem and, after the repairs by Tuggeranong Transmission and Brake Service, the operation of the clutch is actually significantly better than when the car was new! There is a bit of a lead time for appointments but, given how good they are, I'm not at all surprised that so many people want to have their cars done there.

Mark was great to deal with. My Ford has had issues with the transmission and Mark really took the time to show/explain what my issue was. He offered different solutions and gave extremely good advice and didn't just charge me and send me out the door.

Great service and honest mechanics.

Have had several issues with my car over the past 12 months (AC blowing hot air, car overheating on 25 degree day, shuddering while idle and squeaking breaks). I had seen 3 separate mechanics for at least 2 of these issues each time (none of which were my regular mechanic because of scheduling issues).

Was finally able to see my regular mechanic and he suspected a transmission issue but didn't have the tools to properly investigate and recommended these guys.

After several mechanics and at least $1000 spent on trying to fix it prior to coming here, Mark was able to narrow things down and correspond with an auto electrician to fix everything! He even went to the trouble of sourcing good quality secondhand parts in Sydney instead of getting me to pay full price for an $800 fan which was greatly appreciated, as was the almost daily phone calls to update me and keep me in the loop.

I was also due for a service and rego so Mark organised all of that to be done (pink slip needed to be done elsewhere) while waiting for parts and now that I have my car back it is the quietest and feels the smoothest it has in probably 5+ years.
