They have a huge car park which allows free parking for 18 hours. Very convenient to get into the Cambridge city centre. You can also get the National express bus to the Stansted and Heathrow airport from the park and ride. The car park is open 24/7. It has an enclosed waiting area which is open during the day time.

Excellent service. Plenty of parking. Didn't have to wait long for a bus. Used it to visit the Cambridge Botanical Gardens. Very reasonable cost for bus tickets. Have used before and will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Cannot praise the Cambridge Park and Ride system too highly. It’s quick, efficient, clean and cheap, a model we should adopt nationwide. Look out for maximum height information. We were in a Camper van. Trumpington is one of the few could accommodate us and like all the Park and Rides it’s easy to park and free for up to 18hours

Massive carpark with plenty of spaces for parking, shelters for while waiting for the bus with seating indoors and out. Information desk and food vending machine can be found located inside and public toilets are also available. Building was very clean, buses was clean and Morden with comfortable seating and usb ports to charge your phone.very good price costing only £3.5 to Cambridge with return.

Accessible parking. No faffing with tickets before you board anymore. £8.50 return for small group which for us was 3 adults and 1 toddler.minimal waiting and friendly staff.

I visited today and experienced very poor customer service. My Flixbus was delayed, so I needed to charge my tablet. Despite there being two free plugs available, the staff (information desk) refused to let me use them, stating that you can't charge devices simultaneously with other people. I only had 5 minutes left to charge my tablet, but he still didn't let me use it even for that short time. Additionally, the bus plugs were also out of order. This policy seems unreasonable and left me disappointed.

Painless to get to & park - just do not ever fall foul of the 18-hour limit or FREE rapidly becomes a £10-20 fee (fine?) but if you can get to Manchester & back as I did, decent free parking with regular buses ?
