Tried the weekend menu. The fried fish with their special sauce was delicious with steamed rice. The sauce was a bit salty on its own, but balanced well with the rice — you could easily eat a lot of it. The satays were nicely charred and tasty, though a little on the sweet side. The homemade satay sauce was excellent. The Ice Kacang was a hit. They also sell packs of popular Malaysian desserts and sweets, which really brought back memories of Malaysia.

I want to like it, but I think it's more, perhaps, regional taste. The assam laksa needs more assam. I can't recommend the satay; far too much cumin and not enough peanut satay. The best dish, which was excellent, was the sambal udang petai. I can't help but think the taste is closer to Indo than Malaysian overall. The big hint is the gado gado.

To me the atmosphere was greater than the food. I found the nasi goreng and mee goreng are oily, the best to me was the Tom Yum Ayam, Satay Ayam is a bit sweeter. Taken time if you visit in peak time. Even you book a table you need to go to the counter first and order. It is overrated to me.

Today is the third time, we still enjoyed the lunch.
The service is five stars.

The food was great, i’ve tried heaps of food from this restaurant, none of them failed. It all taste delicious. I tried the variety of the traditional cakes as well and it tastes good to.

If you’re craving for an authentic Malaysian flavour then this place is the answer.

The service was great too. I would recommend this to my friends later on.

Had tried this multiple times! their nasi kandar, nasi lemak and barramundi fish! nasi lemak is the best!! always take away some Kuih home as well! for beverage I always have Ais Teh Tarik and Ais Cendol! yum!! Super obsessed with Kek Cheese Leleh! You guys should try this out!

note : a bit dissapointed with satay ayam, sauce batter are too thick and barely have chicken taste 🙁

I highly recommend their satay ayam, which is super tender and delicious. Fried chicken super crispy 👍 But recommend to cut it into slices will be better 😆

Went out with friends and decided to try this place. We ordered the Nasi Goreng TMV and Barramundi. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start.

The chicken in the Nasi Goreng was blackened on the outside but completely raw inside. When we pointed this out to the waiting staff, they took it back but then returned the same dish with the same raw chicken on the plate. Instead of replacing the whole dish, they only brought a small piece of burnt chicken, expecting us to eat the rice that had been under the raw chicken.

The Barramundi also looked great on the menu, but it arrived deep-fried with an underwhelming tomato sauce and chunks of tomato that didn’t add much flavor. The waiting staff were friendly and smiled but didn’t take any real action to improve our experience—it was clear they hadn’t been properly trained. And from the food quality, the kitchen staff seemed inexperienced too.

The one highlight was the cake, which was delicious and seemed to be the only well-executed item we tried. However, given the concerns about food quality and hygiene, I’d only come back for the cake, not the main dishes. Hopefully, they’ll take this feedback to improve.
