I'm still waiting for a call back. I called hamilton multiple times over 3 days, with no answer . Called ballarat answered right away .. drivers were nice . After talking to locals, the hamilton station is regularly unmanned and locked, so you can't sit inside and wait for your bus

Don't expect any services around lunch time if you go to the Hamilton train Station to catch a bus. It's closed ! The man in charged is gone for lunch, and the waiting room with air conditioning/ heating , toilets and drink machines will NOT be available for you. You will have to wait out side standing up in the hot summer sun or under the cold wind and rain in the winter ! oh yes there is a so called bus shelter. So badly positioned that you have the sun in your face in Summer or wet and cold rain in the winter. Please disregard the sign on the door about vandalism. It's been there for YEARS! Just the excuse the Trotters Coach needs to close the waiting room during lunch hour so that their most faithful worker, who has been there for years, can go for lunch. There was a small incident YEARS ago , and all it needed to be fixed was a lick of paint and does not warrant STILL the waiting room being closed today !!..It used to be better before when there was a few employees there, the place was open all the time. People coming during lunch hours could purchase bus tickets ,people with parcels could be helped and tourist would be attended to. Today all this is gone and adding to the depressing state of Hamilton. It could be easily fix by employing 2 people part time. One in the morning till 12 and one in the after noon, from 12 o'clock. That way there would be some one in attendance ALL the time and the waiting room would be open so that , mum's with children who needs to use the toilet would be able to and old people could rest their old bones sitting down ! This review is not flattering for Trotters Coaches .Their passengers are treated differently during other time of the day because their employee is present but during lunch hour don't expect ANY service because there is none ! It's been going on for much to long , for a few years now and frankly it is about time the Trotters Coach lift their game and provide a good service to ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS !!.. ps: .where was their employee when the place was vandalised
