Went to bistro, menu was fairly extensive and prices were reasonable. Food was tasty and served fairly quickly plus was hot with all 10 meals came together. Staff were friendly and attentive. Drinks were reasonable prices and parking was easy. Will return

Nice looking place with a good view of the racetrack.
The staff was very good, but the food took forever to arrive. Some of the meals arrive just as others on the table finished their meals. The burger and the fish was cold, but the chips were hot.

Came here for the first time and sadly never again.
We booked a table for 5, 3 adults 2 kids. The 2 kids both have additional needs, when things started to become overwhelming for my youngest, she began to melt down this resulting in staff members talking about us, watching us & having secrets. We were all so uncomfortable with this behaviour from staff that we didn't even bother to order and just left.
What a horrible experience!

Haven't visited trios for a long time. We called in for lunch and it was absolutely awesome. The food was very tasty, the staff were very friendly. Would definitely call in again. AAA+++

Decided to have dinner at Trios as it was a half way meeting point. There was a good choice in food and it was delicious and drinks reasonably priced. Will definitely be going there again.

We recently visited Trios for a family birthday celebration and were impressed by the food and service—both were genuinely fantastic. The meals were delicious, and the staff serving us at the table were attentive and friendly, making the initial experience very enjoyable.

However, our experience took an unfortunate turn when I stepped outside to the designated smoking area for a quick vape, with my daughter unknowingly following me a short time later. Fully understanding the restrictions around the gaming area, I was in the process of gently leading her back to our table when a staff member abruptly stormed outside and yelled at us for her presence. The situation escalated unnecessarily, leaving my daughter visibly upset, and despite us acknowledging our error, the staff member’s tone and attitude remained harsh and unprofessional. Instead of handling the matter with discretion, they continued to usher us out with a smug attitude.

When my mother approached the staff member to discuss the matter, they claimed they had been watching us on the camera for some time, which was unsettling. Given how long we waited for a drink earlier, perhaps their focus on "surveillance" could be better balanced with customer service.

In summary, Trios offers great food and table service, but we found the approach to customer interactions in this instance disappointing. If you're comfortable with a few extra sets of eyes, you’ll enjoy the food and ambiance, but be prepared for an uncompromising approach from certain staff members.

Went to Trios when visiting family in Cranbourne. We hadn't been since before covid - what an improvement! Service was amazing across the board. The chicken satay crunchies and the honey sesame prawns were very good, however the southern fried chicken ribs were dry and overcooked. We returned the first plate of ribs but the second, while a little better, was still over.

Great place for a family to eat. Really busy so book. Took a while for main meal to come to the table tho but definitely worth the wait ☆☆☆☆
