First time shopping at Trelly's Outdoor store Shepparton on Tuesday,it was a really great experience thanks to the help I received from the there retail assistant I think her name was Ally , she was fantastic in helping me choose my items and I’m very happy with my purchases and appreciated having a females opinion when choosing, it’s good seeing both genders working in this kind of store as usually it’s only males I find in this kind of store also loved seeing the Australian flag there it’s rare these days , will certainly be back

Trelly's is Awesome
They have so much knowledge.
I took my child to Justin and he really helped pick the right rod and reel for what my child needed also he showed us how to tension a bait castor reel.
The team also show you how to use the rod and reel now that is Awesome service.
They really care about teaching people about their products.
I highly recommend this business for anybody that is new to the hobby. The friendly team are great to have a chat and Wow the amount of different hobbies in one store is just outstanding.
Thankyou Justin and team for helping us everytime we need advice and for teaching us what we need to know.

It’s nice to walk into a busy & vibrant retail premises. The staff are always friendly, always ask if they can help, never hurry you but more importantly never hassle you. I have two local stores that are within 1/2 hr drive from home that sell the same products but I’d rather drive the 1 hr it takes because of their good old fashion ‘Service’.

Staff are extremely helpful, patient and will go above and beyond to get in whatever your after if they don't have it. Highly recommend their business if your an outdoorsy type.
