I was recently most fortunate to participate in a Travelrite Art Holiday in Tasmania with David Taylor as our art tutor for the trip. We had a Travelrite tour organiser (Lyn H.) who accompanied the group and a bus driver who did a very good job of transporting us places. It was marvellous experience to paint the scenery in water colour from St Helen’s on the East Coast to the Huon Valley, south of Hobart. Our hotel accommodation in St Helen’s was most suitable and in Hobart, we stayed at the luxurious Grand Chancellor Hotel on the Constitution Dock.Breakfast was provided every morning and some evening meals. The tour guide was extremely attentive and ensured all participants were guided expertly throughout the tour. I have fond memories.

The customers’ service provided by Shannon Benson is way off the normal! She is outstanding and takes her job, role as an agent and customers’ service personally. I had a wonderful time on my tour of exploration of the Kimberleys, Kakadu, Katherine & Darwin last month. I went on Travelrite tour in June/July, I had requested gluten free meals for the flights as I am coeliac. Nothing had been organised for the flights from Melbourne to Singapore and Singapore to Rome, very poor management. Our tour manager contacted the Travelrite office and meals were organised for the return trip. I have never received an apology.
This was my third trip with this company, things have gone downhill.
