Had a great experience with Travel Online for our recent stay at Ayana Resort in Bali.

Originally we were reluctant after reading some reviews but gave it a shot anyway and were so glad we did!

Firstly they took a day to get back to us after trying to book online which made us nervous (due to checking availability with the hotel), but then after our first option was sold out they gave us a range of other great offers and were super responsive.

We called several times to confirm/change our included transfers as we ended up extending our stay but the team were very easy to deal with.

From our experience we’d definitely use TravelOnline again.

Will be using travel online to book any holidays from now on, everything went smoothly, transfers and inclusions and no errors which is such a relief when travelling with children. It was an amazing trip, love how they have the option to split the payment too, Emma our consultant was amazing, very clear instructions and very prompt responses which was also a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend, the deals well surpassed any other competitors also, we stayed at Bali dynasty and we spoke to so many families and they couldn’t believe how much we paid as a package. Travel On Line organized our Fiji holiday at the Warwick Resort. First time using online services and found the whole process easy, you can still talk to staff if need be. The follow up from the staff is good.
Would not hesitate recommending the company to anyone.
Fiji is great location n friendly people.
