I have utilised Melanie services are twice this year for two overseas trips

Melanie is fantastic. I couldn’t recommend her any more. She’s Sarah she’s an attentive. She gets the job done for the best possible price and shows everything is ready for you with all the information you need to get visas your itinerary information on the area that you’re going to the app that they now use is also fantastic and I found that a lot easier than carrying around a paper itinerary and actually so did the airline when I just showed them my phone instead with the app.

Melanie was fantastic when putting together our holiday. We went to Singapore, great accommodation & near a train station for us to get around the sights, then onto the UK & then to Venice. Again, great accommodation and then a fantastic train ride (Business) to Bologna where again the accommodation was great. The hire company for our car was so good and there were no hiccups there. Thank goodness we had her expertise for such a great holiday. Loved the Travel Managers App which had everything we needed to know and more. Melanie was so easy to deal with and even helped us with travel arrangements of relatives from overseas. Nothing was too much trouble.
I would recommend her to guide and assist in your travel arrangements as she truly does a fantastic job.

Melanie took care of all the details for our recent family trip to Disneyland. All our accommodation that were planned for us were fantastic with great locations and fun inclusions. Melanie was so lovely to deal with and very professional. She even went above and beyond when our flight was cancelled and she was on the phone to our transfer company in the middle of the night to ensure everything was planned for our new flight!

I cannot recommend Melanie enough! She is currently organising our third family holiday and there is no way we could do it without her! Melanie is so knowledgeable about all aspects of travel and thinks of all the minute details that we would have missed ourselves. Her attention to detail means that our holidays have gone perfectly to plan and we always marvel at the way she plans for things that would not have occurred to us until we arrived.

Our most recent holiday in Vanuatu was spectacular, Melanie helped us find the perfect accommodation that met all of our family's needs and she organised our flights and transfers too. We are excited for our upcoming European holiday and feel confident that all is taken care of thanks to her!
