Jilda assisted our party of 3 with travel arrangements to the UK and Singapore. She guided us through the booking process and organised all airport transfers and accommodation in Singapore. Jilda also provided advice on international SIMS and was on hand to answer all our questions regarding the trip, nothing was too much trouble. During our trip, Jilda kept us up to date with timings for airport transfers, which was greatly appreciated.
I highly recommend Jilda, her attention to detail and friendly approach takes all the stress away when planning that all important holiday.

Outstanding service and support. Highly recommend!! I had to book a last-minute international trip. Jilda not only provided quotes with a short timeline, but she also booked and had everything ready so I could concentrate on getting myself organised. During the trip, she updated any changes to my flights and tracked my connecting flights so I knew if I was delayed, I would step off my flight and everything would be booked/changed ready to go! I found Jilda amazing to work with us for our holiday. Jilda kept up us to date with changes to flights as my husband was afraid that we would be stranded in Darwin as we had an medical appointment the day after we arrived back in Melbourne.
