My wife and I have just completed a trip to France, London and Singapore. Carli Hester, arranged all the flights, train trips and booked all our accommodation. We wanted a trip where we had the freedom to decide our tours but not the travel.
The highlight of our trip was the accommodation that Carli found for us, using her experience ensured that we had the best location in each city that we visited.
All went like clockwork and we certainly will use Carli again to organise any trips for us.

Carli provided a personal and friendly service for our recent trip overseas. She was enthusiastic and helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Whilst she was under pressure and working very hard with increased travel demands, she was prompt to respond to our emails, and personally dropped off our travel documents to our home. We felt she really cared about her client’s holidays and travel experiences, and we were confident we would have her support if something went wrong on our trip - but thankfully it didn’t! Carli helped us plan our trip of a lifetime to the USA. Nothing was too much trouble for Carli. I’m really fussy about accomodation and spent a lot of time emailing or texting Carli for feedback on our choices . She always responded quickly and offered very helpful feedback. Nothing was to much trouble. We had one flight delayed by several hours and when we got to our hotel Carli had emailed them and asked them to give us an earlier check in as we had missed a nights sleep. We really appreciated that level of care. I also had a special birthday whilst I was in New York and Carli let the hotel know and we were upgraded which was really lovely and unexpected .
