Stayed for 2 nights in a budget bungalow. The room was clean. They gave us clean towels each day. It was quiet. You can't hear the road even though it wasn't that far. The shower was nice, the heater/air con kept the room cosy, and the bed was very comfortable. I slept well. There was a small outside sitting area and 2 parking spots in front of the bungalow. It was nice.
The only negatives were the sliding bathroom door got stuck a couple of times but gave it a wiggle and a push and it opened, and the bathroom sink was tiny. I'd stay here again.

We stayed in the "Budget Twin Cabin" and it was very small. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. But everything was cramped. The washbasin was so tiny. The entire room is very small. I suggest you go with other options in Travellers Motor Village by paying extra and DON'T go for the " Budget Twin Cabin", unless you are solo or only two people.

Please note that Travellers Motor Village also gives you the option to change your room, IF You Have NOT used anything in the room.

Great central location, with local dinner venues only a short walk/drive away.
Easily accessible to shopping centres.

Photos online, don’t seem to show the room we were in, which appears to have been recently renovated.
Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures, but wish I had, as there has been a lot of care and consideration gone into the renovations.

I was so disappointed to learn that a person who lives with disability was rejected due to his appearance and told he was not welcome due to his visual appearance and not the type of cliental welcome. I cannot comment on rooms or service, however, the location is close to all amenities.

Great place to stay, the receptionist at check-in was a lovely lady and very helpful, the room was spotless and bed was comfortable.

Room was very obviously new. Clean and a good size. Parking was good. We arrived after office hours. Realised we hadn't been sent the code for the key safe. So our advice is to check you get it. (We called the AH number - FYI - we hadn't hung up when you expressed your displeasure at having to potentially come back. - so heard all that 😳) But grateful you answered and gave us the code. No toiletries inc. soap, at all - no hairdryer. Not enough towels in the room. Unfortunately a brand new iron in the room, which didn't work. We did kill a cockroach or two.
Experience was Ok, just a few things that need refining.

Great location as the rooms at the back were off the main road. Room was okay, felt clean and did the job. Facilities were okay, few cockroaches running around. Water pressure wasn’t great either. Service was helpful and friendly though.

Bed was old and hard, pillows worn out. No dish cloth, tea towel or sponge to clean and dry own dishes. Small cockroaches in the bathroom. Shower recess was filthy. Sheets and towels were clean. No wifi information given …. Receptionist was very vague.
