Travel frame are a very good company. I booked return flights to Europe from Australia for the cheapest price I have ever seen. They are really professional and when I had questions, their mobile and website customer service was exceptional. I got an amazingly cheap Business Class fare to Europe with a top airline through Travel Frame. When I needed to change this fare to a different destination Hanif made the arrangement quickly and efficiently with only a small extra charge for the further destination. Other staff members I spoke to through the process were equally helpful. I will be booking through Travel Frame again for sure.

My name is Yahya Kilic, from Sydney Australia. I have recently had the good fortune to be served by your travel consultant Hanif.
I had a complex matter which was made more complicated by the intervention of two Travel Agents in Sydney. My son in law Mr. Sedat Kahraman
had purchased 2 online tickets SYD to Istanbul via your website. Soon after he wanted to buy another one but the local Travel Agents informed
him that the stopover time in Adelaide was too short, 55 mins, which meant that the connecting flight would be missed.
Fortunately, Hanif explained how these times would often change during the period leading up to the actual flight which was months away and that
if there was a problem TravelFrame would contact the passengers and solve any issue.
In short Hanif was very professional and effective. He arranged the 3rd ticket and kept in full contact with me during the whole process.
I would definitely choose TravelFrame for my next trip and would have no hesitation in recommending your company to my friends and family.

Terrible service. Decent price and simple to book, however when I emailed them and politely asked if it was possible to change my seats next to the person I was travelling with (over 3 months in advance) I received a short and unclear response, but figured from what was said that it was done. When I replied asking to elaborate on the previous email, I got nothing back. When I called them to speak to someone in person, I was talked over and rudely spoken to and couldn't even understand what he was going on about. Very unhelpful. Now I've arrived at my flight and my seat has been changed, but isn't even near the friend I specifically asked to be seated next to! Very unhappy. Would not recommend.

I booked an international return flight online with Travel Frame but realised I needed to clarify a couple of my requirements ASAP.
I sent an email well after midnight EST but was still concerned as I had to act quickly so I then phoned.
Everything was easily sorted out very quickly and in a friendly, capable and professional manner by a lovely chap named Hanef.
When he answered the phone I heard my email ping.
He had responded to my email to reassure me everything was OK before I had even got to reiterate the matter by phone. It was such a relief and so rare to get such great service these days.
