Over the past 9 years, Erin has planned and managed now 4 family trips to Europe.
Returning from Italy this month from an amazing three week experience, once again she has nailed it in every regard.
From recommending experiences to ensuring the bedding arrangements for our (now adult) kids were correct, nothing has been too much trouble.

This is the second trip we have used Erin with TravelEd. This trip was a fantastic month in Malta and Portugal. Having our itinerary planned freed up SO much time researching on our own and allowed us to more fully enjoy each day. The planning, booking, and thoughtfulness Erin gave to tailoring our activities to what we enjoy was unsurpassed. And she did all of this well within our budget. While we were on our trip, Erin was readily available with any questions. I cannot recommend TravelEd enough! You will not be disappointed!

The TravelEd Team provided expert, timely and very friendly support in booking return flights, accommodation and tours for myself and 2 friends from 2 locations in Australia to Spain and Portugal with a short stay in Dubai on our return flight. Erin was our main contact and her knowledge of the destinations, points of interest, best accommodation and locations together with our preferences made our 3 week trip such fun and stress free! One example was the high quality small group day tours that she booked for us. We cannot recommend TravelEd highly enough!

I have now been on three absolutely wonderful TravelEd holidays: 2022 to Tasmania; 2023 to the Top End and just recently to Malta and Portugal.

Erin, of TravelEd, arranged the itineraries for each trip, which included amazing activities, transfers, small group tours, accommodation that suited my preferences and taste whilst being mindful of my budget. Her itineraries were flexible and Erin was always open to suggestions and preferences throughout the planning process.

I can’t believe some of the amazing accommodation Erin found for us, from a restored 1930’s home at a hydroelectric station in Tasmania to a 300 year old B&B on the island of Gozo in Malta!

Coming home from each of my TravelEd holidays has me looking forward to the next! The TravelEd app is a bonus with all tickets, contact details, website addresses
as well as a message platform to contact
the office for assistance whilst away.

I can’t recommend TravelEd highly enough!

Erin booked a flight to Canada with 2 hour connection time in Seattle. As you have to collect baggage clear both US and Canadian customs and immigration IT is not possible for bags to make it . 3 days into a 5 day ski trip I have no clothes, or ski equipment Total wasted trip. Her response , was legal connection time.Very disappointing. The airline only flew twice a week, other options flew daily. I have reviewed my initial one star rating and increased to 3 due to past bookings. I hope this downward trend of attention to detail does not continue due to busy bookings .

Erin from TravelEd organised the most amazing family holiday for us to Queenstown. She organised everything, from flights and hotels, to cars and ski hire. Her attention to detail is incredible.
