Thank you Traveldream for your amazing service...we have just arrived home from a Traveldream 13 Day Kimberley Adventure. I cannot fault the customer service from Jess and co. The holiday its self was a well put together package and we enjoyed every minute of our adventure.

Enjoyed our Norfolk Island package, it was very good value. The hotel was older style and could probably do with a bit of a spruce up but it had fantastic sea views which I'm not sure many/any others do. Everything went very smoothly after Traveldream, on my questioning, adjusted the times of our flights to Sydney to connect to the flights to Norfolk Island. It's still quite a stressful process with the need to go to/from the international airport - not Traveldream's fault but make sure they book you plenty of connection time.
Traveldream were always very responsive to queries both via email and on the phone. Would certainly consider booking with them again.

Despite the fact that we had a bit of an iffy start with difficulty contacting Traveldream to confirm / make changes (no fault of theirs, just classic labour shortage issues), we were SO, SO IMPRESSED with our Traveldream driving holiday in New Zealand and will DEFINITELY book trips with them again.

The trip went SEAMLESSLY. Every hotel, every activity, every transfer was booked 100% as promised and everything was on time and for the most part, exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was generally superb, and the pre-paid activities were well thought out and complemented our overall experience.

Basically, we could not be happier. It was a fantastic trip from start to finish. Thank you SO MUCH.

We’ve recently returned from the most amazing trip to WA’s Kimberley and the NT, and Traveldream made it happen. The deal on offer was a 10 day cruise on Ponant’s Le Laperouse from Broome to Darwin (with lots of stops on the way to experience the best of the Kimberley Coast) followed by a short stay in Kununurra before flying to Berkeley River Lodge for 5 nights (spectacular location, day trips included, helicopter day trip extra but so worth it, and the night sky!) and returning to Darwin via Kununurra. Traveldream were able to organise a few changes to the set itinerary that we requested – extra nights in Broome, Kununurra (to allow for a day trip to the Bungle Bungles which they also booked for us) and Darwin. Booking through Traveldream was easy. They gave us suggestions and options for making this a dream trip, did all the bookings and were very responsive to any enquiries we made. We received a very detailed itinerary, including transfers, and everything went smoothly. We can’t thank Kristen enough for being so prompt with replying to our emails and all her efforts in making this trip one to remember for all the right reasons.
