The team at Travel Team Batemans Bay, especially Vanessa, are wonderful. From our first visit we received a great service and were pleasantly surprised with the costings for the entire package.

When our return flight was cancelled we contacted Vanessa who offered to assist us with finding accommodation in Queenstown and organised the hotel in Canberra.

Vanessa has also made the claim for the reimbursement of our extra expenses.

Simply THE BEST! Bron and her team managed every detail of our holiday with such efficiency, care and diligent support. Our holiday was 2years in the making (thanks covid) and throughout every stage, the team had our needs catered for and did everything in their power to support us with cancellations, rebooking, insurance etc.
Nothing was ever an issue and the team were always so helpful and informative. Fabulous communication, fabulous service I cannot recommend Bron and the girls highly enough for all your travel needs. We will definitely be back for our next holiday! Thank-you

The team at TravelTeam Batemans Bay organised our recent trip through Canada and Alaska and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Bronwyn and Vanessa were particularly helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about where we wanted to travel. They were up on all the Covid restrictions and how to navigate travel insurance in particular.
Our trip was very enjoyable and things went smoothly- - would highly recommend them for your travel.

Our holiday was great! Surfing and hanging out in the tropics was the main ingredient and we got plenty of that ?. Bronwyn provided us with good Travel Team intel for where we stayed in Jakarta airport (it’s huge) and we were nearest to the right terminal for our early flight out the next morning. Realised there’s so much co-ordinating for all our flights and transfers to destinations - we were out of our depth and grateful Travel Team were able to manage this for us

Vanessa did a superb job of organising our trip, everything was easy, from our departure from Canberra to Adelaide to our wonderful trip on the Ghan,Alice springs, uluru, Kings canyon ,Katherine gorge and Darwin and our flight home.
