Our week in Puglia was the highlight of our trip to Italy.

The Travel Puglia itinerary is curated to let you experience many beautiful towns, each with their own unique character, history, and cuisine. The local guides are knowledgeable and clearly love what they do. We were blown away everyday by the incredible sights and diverse experiences from tasting olive oil from 2000 year old trees to wandering the alleyways of magical ancient cities.

The accomodation at Masseria San Martino is understated luxury run by a wonderful family of three generations. We loved the delicious local produce at breakfast and relaxing by the pool in the afternoons.

Monique and Andrea are wonderful hosts who get to know you. They think of all the little things before you even had to ask, and they tailor the tour to make sure you have the best time. Touring with them is like visiting good friends who know just what you need.

We didn’t know much about the Puglia region before going, but this tour opened our eyes and hearts (and, with the great food and wine, stretched our waistlines a little too!) We cannot recommend it highly enough. Do it before everyone else discovers it!

I really can't say enough about our experience with Travel Puglia. Our tour was entitled the 5 senses of Puglia and Monique and Andrea were excellent tour hosts. They were attentive to our needs and we lacked for nothing. Our accommodation was at the lovely Masseria San Martino. Excellent breakfasts every morning. As we travelled in September and the weather was quite warm, I appreciated being able to cool off in the lovely pool on site. I believe we saw a wonderful overview of the main locales in the region...Ostuni, Matera, Locorontondo, Alberobello where we learned about the history of the truilli, Lecce and Otranto and last but by no means least Polignano al Mare where we happened to arrive right when there was a diving competition happening. We toured an olive farm and had a tasting, we got to participate in grape harvesting and wine tasting, Cheese tasting and working with mozzarella. On our free day, Andrea took me to a local beach where I was able to relax and spend the day with the sea air. All of our meals were superb...it's Italy so what else would you expect. The restaurants Monique and Andrea chose were top notch. I travelled with 2 gal pals and 3 others from Australia were part of our group. We had a grand time and lovely memories. I would certainly travel with them again.

Beyond Five Senses - Sep 2022
I have just returned from spending a magical week in Puglia with friends organized by Travel Puglia. Everything about the carefully crafted itinerary, accommodation, food and the hands-on experiential elements exceeded my expectations. This can be attributed to Monique and Andrea, our incredible hosts and guides who, shared their passion and expertise of all things Puglia with us, ensuring that we could experience and savor this unique part of Italy to its fullest. They looked after every detail, ensuring that our time included the important cultural and historical components, independent time and surprises along the way. Monique and Andrea were warm, welcoming, professional and lots of fun. I look forward to returning to Italy to travel "beyond Puglia".

Monique and Andrea took excellent care of our family. We did the 5 senses tour and I highly recommend it. We had a nice balance of touring and time to ourselves. Everything was excellent, the food, the communication, the schedule and the flexibility of the days. Everything was extremely enjoyable and I would do it again!

We saw the most fabulous places and ate at incredible restuarants.
