David has been most unhelpful when we have tried to use $600 of Virgin flight credit which was initially booked through his company Travel Prospects.

Phone calls to Virgin say the credit can be used by my husband and myself for some flights to Sydney however David says it can only be used by my husband.

David is not forthcoming with any helpful advice (provides bare minimum information) and the whole situation has been hard work due to his attitude. He is not solution focused, would not recommend.
