My sons and their friends booked a christmas holiday to Vietnam through travel plus. There was a problem with one of the tickets.
We are experience a lot of travel agency but its a amazing experience.
Vietnam airlines canceled a ticket at the airport.Rosana Yung and the staff were extremely helpful and sorted out the problem.
I am extremely pleased they booked through a travel agent that cared. If it was online direct with the airline who knows what would have happened.
