We have employed this company over a number of years and travel destinations. Land,sea, packaged tours and our design. What great service. Any follow up is timely and seamless. Not having great computer skills for online registration and various visa requirements etc, the staff have been most helpful. Kristie M is a stellar performer. Would not hesitate to recommend their services

Kristie is a lady that goes out of her way to help. With the travel industry suffering because of covid it's hard to find someone willing to help with any problem that has occurred through no fault of hers but because of border closures and cancellations she goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy 😊 would recommend her for your holiday arrangements.

This is the best travel agency I have ever known. The staff are highly skilled and can easily arrange whatever I want. I have been using the services from one of their travel agents regularly since 2010 and have never been disappointed. They can advise on all aspects of travel and while many people can book their own flights etc online I would prefer to use their services as they can advise on all the unkown aspects of long distance travel. I would recommend them very highly as they are friendly, helpful and offer expert advice.

i asked about travel rules and restrictions to go to bali, lady on phone said "with all due respect i cant help you only if you have booked with us" ... so she could reassure me or provide any information to help when traveling to bali and restrictions. .... .... not a nice way of explaining and customer service.... " with all due respect!!!!"
