Connie was absolutely amazing! She helped my husband plan our 2 week honeymoon to Thailand and Japan! From the flights, to hotels, and fun activities to enjoy while we were there to get the full experience! It was truly a trip of a lifetime! Connie was on top of things and responded quickly to all questions we had! She also made sure during our trip things went smoothly! Thank you Connie!

Connie helped us with a trip to the UK. She booked a private tour to the Cotswolds with someone who has lived there his entire life. We wouldn't have been able to find this tour on our own. It was a perfect tour. He knew all about the area and where the best views were. Connie booked a semi-private tour to the British Museum. The tour guide was able to focus on some key items that we would have completely missed on our own as the museum is very overwhelming. She found a beautiful castle for us to stay at in Scotland. We would love to stay there again as it had modern amenities while keeping its original charm. It was just remote enough without being too far from civilization. Connie always responded quickly and let us know when she would be out of the country and difficult to reach. She's very easy to work with.

Words cannot express how well Travis Oasis own Connie Ngu worked for me to planned my trip to Thailand! When I first explained to her what I had in-visioned and list of things I wanted to experience. Connie went above and beyond everything was nothing less of 5 star treatment. The itinerary was very well organized and planned. I visited three different areas Bangkok, Koi Samui, and Phuket. For someone who first time out the country Connie sure made me feel comfortable. The communication between us was spectacular Connie made sure I was educated and well informed of the itinerary. Thank you for being so well rounded and knowledgeable of the areas I was visiting. This trip was nothing short of amazing and unforgettable. When we spoke I told you I wanted the trip to be epic and do the unimaginable. The bucket list was checked off and couldn’t have happened with out you. Thank you and cannot wait for what the next trip has in store for.

Our family has hired Connie twice and now planning for a third family trip to Croatia & Serbia which we will be using Connie for as well. Initially I didn’t even know travel
Agents were still a thing with the internet etc. We were trying to plan a family trip to the Philippines but I did not know where to start. We’ve never been that far away and on that side of the world! I searched and found Connie and she took care of our family trip to Las Vegas / Grand Canyon and to the Philippines! I was really nervous not knowing what to expect. What a class act she is. She went above and beyond and planned and coordinated our trips so perfectly! I cant recommend her enough. As I said, we are now planning our 2025 Smilanich Family adventure and I already know that we’re in good hands and will be taken care of without any worries. Thank you Connie.

This was my first trip with Connie in April 2024 to Cuba. Each day was better than the day before, she ensured we experienced everything Cuba had to offer. I loved learning so much about a country I barely knew anything about. The tobacco farm was my favorite, they spared no detail in explaining how cigars are made from the beginning all the way to production. There were so many memories and connections made on this trip! 28 women from all over the US flew into Havana, most of us, not knowing each other, came together to learn Cuban history and culture while giving back to the Cuban people.For me, this trip was life changing - it truly put a lot of things in perspective - how much we have, take for granted and complain about, compared to people that have nothing and can still be happy and kind and are able to survive through unimaginable conditions.
