Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Lynette over the phone as I was trying to organise my travel plans with my wife.

Have negotiated AUD to USD, spoke with a few outlets and found the team at Shellharbour Travel Money Oz to be efficient, friendly, professional and friendly. That was on the phone, multiple calls to seek additional information and then in person to purchase the currency. Special shout out to Hayden who impressed my husband, no small feat! Looked at there rates online, was great exchange rates. Wasn't paying attention, when doing the transaction in person as I was in a rush to get to work. When I got home and did the math. Wow I got extremely ripped off. Guess it's my own fault but what a bad way to start a holiday.. would not recommend anyone to do business with this company charging nearly 10% to transfer currency.
