Gail pulled together our rather eclectic itinerary (a remote fishing lodge on a small island in Alaska; train travel in mainland Alaska; followed by visiting Japan!) at quite short notice, made even shorter when she identified some of our destinations would be shutting down due to seasonal constraints. Gail dealt with the challenges this caused with professionalism and good humour. We were regularly kept up to date with the progress of our itinerary, out of office hours as well as during. This was particularly helpful when we were often out of mobile network coverage. At times I think she was let down a bit by slow responses from her overseas teams but Gail ‘herded the cats’ skilfully. Our family has used Gail previously and plan to again. Thanks Gail.
