Feedback on Our European Trip Arrangements

We recently returned from our two-week trip to Europe, and we want to extend our gratitude for the fantastic arrangements. Overall, the trip was smooth and enjoyable, and we appreciated the effort put into organizing it.

Highlights:
• The flights were exceptionally comfortable. The airline provided an excellent experience, and we can’t fault them.
• The hotels booked for us were conveniently located, particularly being close to railway stations, which made our travel seamless.
• The rental car and Eurorail passes worked perfectly without any hiccups, and we had no issues with the accommodations or bookings.

Minor Concerns:
• On our return flight, we were disappointed to find that we didn’t have lounge access due to Qatar Airways’ fare tier policy. This was unexpected, and it would have been helpful to know in advance. While it wasn’t a significant inconvenience, the alternate lounge was overcrowded, and we didn’t stay long.

But more importantly, the service from the travel side of things was exceptional. The organisation of the trip, the tour guides and the bus that was provided was all fantastic.
