Krystal was incredible to deal with. Planning a holiday has never been so easy! Krystal had ideas and suggestions for us but also listened to what we wanted in our holiday. Our holiday is now done and we can happily say that Krystal was spot on with everything that was booked & everything went to plan! The app with the itinerary and tickets is also very easy to use and helpful!

Visited Travel Associates again after a very positive experience in 2022 just after the borders opened when booking flights to Europe. I was clear when making my appointment this time that I only wanted flights again and nothing else. Unfortunately, the consultant I saw was not that interested in just providing this type of service, despite me being clear about this prior to the appointment. I went elsewhere and saved myself a bit of money on the flights and didn’t feel as if I was wasting someone’s time. It was disappointing after such a good experience before.
