Dane truly goes above and beyond to put together a memorable holiday. This is now the second European holiday that Flight Centre Mountain Creek has planned for me and everything was perfect! Not only did Dane organise well thought out connecting flights and accommodation but added in extras like private transfers and made sure my luggage went all the way through which took the stress out of traveling. I have made such fond memories with the tour groups I went on and I thank you Dane for all your wonderful knowledge and for making my trip easy. An Absolute Scam. Had booked through this Travel Associates branch prior to covid, and the original flight was cancelled. It has been an ongoing battle to utilise the credit provided by Air NZ. They refused to provide a refund. They refused to provide a credit voucher, and insist I contact them and wait for a response to use my credit. I have just tried to use the credit, only to be told it is an extra $100 booking fee (compared to Air NZ website) for their time to book a simple one way flight that would take me 2 minutes to book online myself. What a joke. Save yourself the hassle and book it yourself.

Just returned from Longreach with Jenna as our wonderful Host. We stayed at Mitchell Grass Retreat for a spot of luxury glamping.
