I asked a specific seat on a long trip for a pregnant woman.
We've been told that the seat is a premium economy, paid the price of a premium economy. Turns out that the seat is an economy one.
Absolutely scamer.

Rachel is the best! I literally just rocked up one morning and said to her I don’t have an appointment but I want to go overseas for the first time and I have no idea what I’m doing.

She was super bubbly and lovely, and started working with me straight away to plan my trip.

I knew nothing about travel and she answered every question I had, even about the small things that seemed obvious!

She is very efficient. I worked full time so found it hard to come into the office on a regular basis if I had questions about the trip. I asked her quite a few questions over email and she always responded very quickly and efficiently.

One of the best things she booked for me was a food tour in the places I went. This was superb as you went to authentic places with a guide who explained the history of not only the food, but also touched on the history of the area as well, so it doubles as a food and history experience!

Highly recommend Rachel, she is great at her job and just an all round lovely person, which made the process of planning enjoyable- would always go back to her to plan more trips!

Rachel was fantastic. We planned quite a long trip to Europe involving hotel stays, car hire, train and plane trips and joined a organised tour. Rachel worked in with our plans and wishes and organised a very smooth trip. Everything was planned down to a fine detail which helped us feel confident to take such a big trip. We even received reminders of plane trips and check in online messages during our trip. Knowing we could contact someone with any problems or questions during our trip was very reassuring.
Rachel’s communication was excellent and replied promptly with any questions we had.

Adam and Rachel were cool, calm, and extremely professional when I rocked up and told them I wanted to book tickets to bring my three kids home for Christmas. From three different locations in the US, on different dates. Adam jumped on it and found the best tickets. Rachel helped me this the 12 month no interest option which is frankly a life saver! Then I asked Adam if it was possible to use the "Mx" prefix instead of Mr. or Ms. for one of my kids. He didn't bat an eyelash, got on the phone to the airline to verify that it was okay and got it sorted. Amazing customer service.
