Be aware of Emin the worst customer service I have ever seen. I went to buy tickets for Turkey paid cash and then realised he had spelt my surname wrong on the ticket. Rang him the same day he told me come back to fix it. Then he tells me I have to pay for another ticket and that the other mistaken ticket would be fully refunded within 6 weeks..... 9 months later I still don't get a refund and now he is telling me I never said anything like that . I can't believe what a deceitful lair someone can be. Now I will be going to fair trading with my complaint

Terrible service. Unprofessional, unreliable and inconsistent. We were told they (Emin) would be able to book our seats and then after the tickets were purchased, we told we had to do it ourselves. We tried but when we couldn't, I went back to Emin who was defensive and dismissive...saying it wasn't his job to be on the phone with airlines! Terrible customer service. Never again.

What a joke of a business, they haven't been answering their phones for ages. I mean I get they might be busy but they don't even respond to the email I sent them last week too. At least Flight centre ended up looking after me.
