Excellent motel. I'd agree the potholes are huge! Older but renovated hotel right in the middle of Cowra and right opposite the Impi - best meal in town!!
Still pretty quiet, spacious rooms with Everything you want in a hotel room except somewhere to wash up your own stuff even though you have a microwave. Shower hob is a bit of a mission for older folks but ballet bar helps. Lovely pool and recreation area in an enclosed, private courtyard- keep your swimmers on PLEASE!! LOL

This motel is in need of repairs and maintenance, the driveway has massive potholes, the room we stayed in an “executive queen” room. The step into the room was extremely high, the bathroom door would not close, the shower head would not stay up and the smoke alarm was held together with sticking plaster, and the bed was rock hard. I asked the gentleman on the desk if he could get the bathroom door fixed so we could have some privacy however he said no he couldn’t do anything about it as he was waiting on an insurance claim, when I said “what to fix the door” he replied oh no it’s much more than that, so apparently nothing will be fixed or maintained in the meantime! This place is very run down, I would not recommend staying here, there are plenty of other motels close to town only wish we had chosen one.

Cigarette butts, dead coffee cups at the front door, rat traps everywhere , generally shabby and poorly maintained. Gap under the door allowed neighbours smoke to waft in.|Heard every toilet flush, vomiting, couple fighting throughout the night.|If you’re considering staying…DONT.

Very conveniently located, clean rooms. Carpark is very chewed out so I would not recommend for lower cars. Comfortable and cheap stay otherwise.

Nice clean rooms older style but had everything you needed. Was so nice that the rooms opened out onto the pool area with seating outside each room, was pleasant. Car park was a bit small and only room for one way driving but not a huge issue. Situated right on the main street so very central.

Awesome place to stay with very friendly staff. However, the only downside is the parking lot, hence 4 / 5 stars. If only the owner would spend the money to either fill in the 2 foot deep potholes, or have the entire car park repaved. Until something is done about the car park, 4 / 5 stars is the best I can do.

Great location, can't beat the pool during summer days. The rooms were starting to show there age, both my room doors would close easily. One I basically had to slam shut multiple times, not the best thing if you were getting up very early in the morning. Beds were super comfy, and pillows were great. Air con was good, and not loud so you could have on while sleeping if needed.
