We had a great experience on the Big Toot! Our driver Ian was such a nice guy and he did such a great job navigating the traffic en route! We thought it was great value considering you could hop on and off all day!

It was a very pleasant journey around the Mandurah and Halls Head foreshore. The driver is very pleasant and makes an effort to keep track of passengers’ enjoyment and interest. On board there are brief explanations of the history of the area and some factoids as well. Prices are reasonable for an hour long tour and you are welcome to get off and back on during the day if you wish to stop at any of the stations, so long as you keep your ticket. All in all, I recommend that anyone visiting the area for the first time or locals looking to kill some time consider a ride in Big Toot.

Today we went on the big toot to the giants!
It was the most enjoyable and amazing ride we’ve been on! Mandurah is truly blessed to have such an amazing treasure like this on Mandurah front door! Coco the train assistant lady was by far the best, kind and caring your guide we could ask for! Her soul is just pure and beautiful!

Would definitely recommend! Until next time!!

Terribly disappointed. Based on their website, they were supposed to operate on weekends. However when we went to the visitor center, we were told that they weren’t running due to low demand and roadworks around the area. So please check with the visitor center so you don’t make a wasted trip like us. Hope they would update on the socials at least.

Head to the Pirate Ship instead, our kids had a blast on it!

Great way to see around Mandurah ForeShore and learn the history. $45.00 for a family of 4. Only suggestion - provide bottled water to patrons, as a round trip is between 1 to 1.5 hours depending on how busy each stop is. Love the all day hop on hop feature.

Me and my family which is 9 of us went on two different dates to take the train. We brought tickets which you could use any day with no booking whatsoever. Anyway, on both occasions the train was cancelled and what was more upsetting is that on the 2nd occasion which was on boxing day, we called two days before and asked if all was good to take the train and they say yes. Do yourself and your kids a favor and don't waste your time and money here. One start cause I can't give you zero!.

Useless service. Waited at two different stops for 20-30 minutes past the expected pick up time and the train didn’t show up.

Called the number to ask for an ETA at Stop 10 to which we were told they had already been there which was a lie. When we told them we had been waiting for half an hour and the story changed to ‘Oh we had issues so had to skip that one’.

Communication needs to be better.

Waiting multiple times for a train to not show up is so frustrating especially when you have children in tow! Would not recommend and have two extremely upset kids and annoyed adults after chasing a non-existent train around town!
