Went to find some steel-toe work boots and they had a great selection with helpful staff. Found a good pair and asked the staff if they knew of any busses running back to Byron, they informed me the bus serve was sub par and offered to personally give my a ride after they closed as they were going that way.
The kindest service I’ve ever received and a good pair of boots bought!

They happily took $200 from me to order in some boots, only to be told they were never coming after waiting for 3 weeks. I had called 3 times over that period, and only found out what was happening after the third staff member I talked to finally gave half a damn enough to actually do something. Two stars instead of one only because at least he actually tried to correct his co-workers mistake.

Don’t brother. No sizes in a lot of the range, don’t take business American Express to accommodate business owners and embroidery takes 3 weeks if not longer as they send it to Sydney to use their preferred embroider instead of partnering with a local embroider for a fast turn around for customers.

Always a great experience with staff. The staff are always helpful and friendly. With special mention to Patience for her professionalism and calm when I witnessed her attend to an irate and irrational customer today. The way she calmly asked the customer to respect her after being continuously insulted was priceless! Patience, you live up to your name! I hope management acknowledges how amazing you are at your job.

Be very cautious of using this company and its affiliated partners. My order was completed incorrectly to which they were minimally apologetic and I had to chase them in order to discuss any kind of resolution or compensation for the mistake. I requested screen printing and poor quality embroidery was completed on my products. Rather than working with me to reach a solution that I was satisfied with, which I was happy and attempted to do, they dodged calls and emails and still insisted on sending me the incorrect products and agreed to a partial refund which I am still yet to receive.

They have really nice clothing, sizes fit well. I went in there to buy hospitality clothing and I had some really great service, helped me to get the correct size even though I was very picky and they were so kind to me. I have recommended this store to all my friends across the Northern Rivers, guys please go to this store and rate 5/5.

I needed to purchase coveralls through my uni specifically as I needed the uni embroidery on them to be allowed to wear them on placement. The brand we buy is the same stocked in Totally Workwear Ballina, and so went in to try sizing on. When explained this to the lady working, she immediately turned her nose up and said "I have never worn those so I don't know, and you aren't buying from me so why would I help you anyway", meanwhile her little dog is sitting there growling at me. Considering I went to Lowes 5 minutes after for the same reason, and the lady there was delightful and sat with me comparing different sizes.
Will not go to the Ballina store again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else. Whether I am buying from her or not in that trip, good customer service is about bringing people back and considering I require non embroidered workwear in the near future, rest assured I will not be going here to get them.
