Absolutely delighted with the results baking with TGFP gluten free flour bread mix!

I dropped in to pick up some fresh bread and rolls and found they also had fresh chicken schnitzel rolls and cakes, along with lots of freezer items, so I stayed for lunch. Not many gf bakeries can do rolls that are good enough to eat untoasted but my lunch was really lovely. Be careful to check their open hours if visiting, as they have very limited hours. They're out of town but worth the visit!
