Great customer service. We accidently made our reservation for the wrong day and couldn't go. Big Bus Tours was very understanding. They cancelled our reservation and refunded our entire amount. I can't wait to take the tour. I've read really good reviews!

Terrible experience. Services suspended and not one sales person mentioned this for 4 hours, even the person that spent 30 minutes selling the ticket. The upshot was standing around waiting for buses for most of the day. Customer Service has been terrible as well although give the experience not surprising for this company. I recommend using another service.

I would just like to thank Adam from the Big Bus tour and travel guide for his wonderful service my husband and I had a Canberra city tour booked but I injured myself and we couldn’t go Adam kindly refunded our money I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again and hopefully we can get to do this tour again thanks again Adam for your help
