My husband and I found both Clare and Tia very approachable at all times, which is a most important thing. As we hadn't travelled overseas in roughly 30 years, we were lacking confidence in travelling, knowing the world's changed so much in that time. They always helped put us at ease and are so nice and easy to communicate with. Their email responses to my queries were always prompt.

They were also very clear in explaining all facets of the trip, and were very amenable to considering different options. They were always calm and reassuring, very pleasant. They gave us great confidence in travelling!

The best travel agents in Adelaide. We planned an extensive trip around Europe with a mix of both air and rail travel, numerous hotel bookings, and a wide variety of tours and events. The Top Deck team were able to provide a flexible range of travel and accommodation options for all of our requests and give us expert knowledge as we planned our trip. They made planning our dream holiday extremely easy.

Once overseas, we had no problems with any of our bookings - each one went off without a hitch. They made everything easy by providing us hard and electronic documents prior to departure. When we needed clarification regarding one of our ticket reservations, they responded to our email immediately with an answer.
