Horrible experience with the owner Julie. She is rude, abrupt and talk so much irrelevant issues which makes small things become big problems. She has never kept her promise to reply emails regarding various things of my booking. I had to call her every time in order to get information. It seems I was begging her, and she was scared to leave any written evidence.
Her previous good employees have all left due to the pandemic, but my booking was stuck there and couldn’t get a refund. In the end, I just would finalise my booking as soon as possible even though I had to pay more.

I booked a European trip through Julie at Toorak Travel and the level of professionalism and service was incredible. Due to Covid 19, we couldn't travel and Julie kept us up to date on what was available to us and eventually we decided on a credit with and extra 10% value. VERY HAPPY!!!

I am terribly disappointed with Toorak Travelr company, as many mistakes were made from the start.
Customer service was poor to put it mildly.
I had dealings with one employee who had very poor telephone manners, was unkind and inflexible when I asked questions.
I went to this company requesting a service not a favour
Please note that when receiving a service for the amount of money we pay, even the adding up of balances produced significant mistakes.
I would not recommend this company to anybody as it created problems rather than satisfactions.
I would not wish upon anybody the problems I had to deal with this company

Anaxing service and the staff have fantastic knowledge and they are a Virtuoso Agency which I learnt gives me added benefits on hotels and cruises not offered anywhere else. Thank you girls

PENDING MODERATION
These people are rubbish. Extremely rude, and when you do get someone to come back to you after waiting weeks, it's all too hard. Just awful staff and extremely self important. Forget it and do it yourself online. Trust me.
