This place is unbeleivably down to earth ,typical lower class perm resident park.
To all those whingers that expext the tajmahal ,generally you can tell what a place looks like from the outside ,why did you bother if you cant mingle with the lower class and unfortunate.
Every body there has a story and are freindly ,even the manager is or can be a miserable prick but once you learn his stories and respect him for who he is you can actually get along with a laugh a bit of sarcasm and he will help you with anything ,not the tidiest but they do the best they can .
You can unwinnd there to the fullest .
I am thinking of calling them and move as a perm if a decent. Cave is available

If I could give this no stars I would. Gavin the park manager has poor people skills, don't maintain the cleaning of the toilets and showers, also doesn't provide rent/power recipes when asked for and also tells 2 grieving children who just laid their father to rest on Friday the 29th April that "it's not my fault he's dead, I tried to kick him out months ago, I didn't want him here, it's not my fault he's dead" and also "that it's been long enough, you should of been here days after him dying to clean his stuff out" even tho my father is in front of his rent. I also asked if he could provide me with how far he was in front on his rent and if anything is left owning and he turned around and said no, I also tried to set up a meeting with him so I could work out what was dads and what was provided with the cabin and he said "nope won't be happening I'll just bill you" my father is the 10th person to die from this caravan park in the last 12 months and everyone who has passed may they rest in peace have died with the same sort of problems. Every cabin is full.of black mould and so is the toilet and shower blocks. DO NOT GO THERE TO STAY SHORT OR LONG TREM IT IS UNSAFE AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

This is not a park for the faint hearted. The camp ground is uneven with no lawn. The manager neglected to mention we needed a key to the amenities and consequently we were caught short at 9.00 at night having to ask another camper to borrow their key. Even though the toilet block was clean it looked very derelict with patchy mis-matched floor tiles of all colors and unpainted timber structures. The showers themselves had no where to hang towel or put your clothes so please note to go naked and drip dry on your way back to camp for your clothing. There is no camp kitchen, no bbq area, no pool, and no wifi. At the cost of $40 a night I would suggest going to a free area camp site.

The owners are great, really friendly. The toilet block was clean. Clean cabin, checked with black light and no stains or anything. I definitely would come here again

I can honestly say it was the worst cabin ive ever stayed in floors under beds were filthy sheets were stained my wife woke up covered in bug bites managers weren't around when we checked out wouldn't stay there again if u paid me

Paid for a week ended up staying 3 nights due to a very foul moldy smell,mattress had dirt and fleas all over it ,floors were dirty, didn't matter what we did could not stop getting bitten by god knows what at night ,worse place I have ever stayed in and I don't know what Steven k is on about worst place ever wouldn't even let my dog sleep there
