I really did like staying there for 3 weeks. The gym and amenities are really good for the price. Shops and mini high street, restaurants and bars are 10-15 minutes walk. Transport options to and from the city are great, train is quicker from bell station than trams. Only downside is rooms only get serviced once a week but can ask reception for clean towels if needed. You will need to buy everything you’d need to live from hand soap to plates and cutlery which isn’t expensive. The girl who was being the desk on morning of 21/5/25 who dealt with us the most time was absolutely fantastic 10/10 for her, other staff were great I Didn’t have a problem like other comments said. Overall good stay for the price, great transport options and would recommend. I was on the top floor quiet and rooms are nice and modern.

I had an incredibly frustrating stay at Together Co. Hotel Melbourne. From the very start, things went wrong. The hotel simply does not answer calls, making it impossible to get any assistance.

Upon check-in, I had to wait over 40 minutes in a queue because the only receptionist on duty had gone on a lunch break. With just one person handling everything, the process was painfully slow. To make matters worse, the TV in my room didn’t work on the very first day though it was fixed next day.

Parking was another nightmare. The vehicle gate wouldn’t open because they failed to enter our car details correctly into their system. We had to inform them multiple times. Even when checking out, we faced the same long wait, as the receptionist was extremely slow.

Overall, this hotel lacks proper management and basic customer service. If you value your time and expect decent hospitality, I do not recommend staying here.

Despite the bad reviews we thought we would give them a chance as the rooms are very affordable. We were so pleasantly surprised with the whole complex, checking was smooth, the room was beautiful with amazing views, spa bath was great, there's washing machines on every floor, WiFi works great, pool, eatery, gym I mean it really offered everything we needed! And the hotel provides a bag with tea, coffee, cups and things. Great location, walking distance from Northcote with lots of cafe, restaurants and vintage shops. Could not recommend more!

I have stayed on 7/F in a big room with balcony. The room size was great for the price you pay. Amenities are amazing with pool and gym, perfect for my stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location a bit outside of the city but tram is just outside the hotel and train a 10 minute walk away.

I had a long term booking at this dump of a facility due to a work relocation. I was consistently living without access to power and running water due to the faulty maintenance of an old building. The staff and management were simply rude, dismissive and completely incompetent in addressing issues such as needing access to showering facilities. I was charged full fare every week despite these issues and regularly missed cleaning from house keeping. I would not recommend this facility to anyone for short or long stays, it needs a deep thorough cleaning and major restorations, which management are too cheap to adequately address.

Staff is nice.
A room key for the elevator sometimes doesn't work properly.
The shower's water pressure is very weak so it's a little frustrating to take a shower.
Also, the shower and the toilet are in the same room without a curtain, so that you have to use a toilet with wet after showering.
Wifi is fast, that's good.
No amenities, no glass for water, but a kettle to boil water and microwave are accommodated.

Addition
My credit card was charged twice, so I've been calling this hotel but no pick-up and emailing and no response.
This hotel is nothing but crap and fraud.

POSITIVE: The place is good overall: nice suite, amazing gym, beautiful pool, very clean place. There is public transportation nearby and the neighborhood seems safe. The service was excellent, especially that of Renata (Brazilian), an employee, who was always available to help.
NEGATIVE: The kitchen URGENTLY needs improvement: it is a bit cramped when more than one resident wants to cook; there are no plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, tables and chairs for meals.
Apart from this detail, the place is worth it!

This place is set up for student accommodation nit as a hotel. Poor exp from start to finish. Had to wait 15 mins to check in as the staff were on break, Rooms don’t have anything in them accept a tiny fridge and a microwave no cutlery cups glasses plates bowels etc. I was provided two paper cups as a welcome pack along with two sachets of instant coffee.
On check out you have to fill in a check out form to get your bond back. They ask for your full credit card details to be written down in pen and then take photos of your licence on personal phones. Totally unacceptable security risk, if not against the privacy laws. Actual room with balcony had a nice view, but that’s the best I can say.
