This Timezone is not as large as some of the others but has pretty good choices of items for redemption & haven't come across any issues with the games to date. They have alternate split level for their games area. There are two entrances to make it easy to access both levels from the outside and internally, two areas of steps between the split levels.

Have always encountered amazing staff & biggest shout out to Elmo who is extremely friendly & helpful. He is always with a smile & extremely professional with any of the Timezone guests. He is an amazing representative for Timezone.

This is 1 of the outlets I enjoy coming back from time and time again because of Elmo, prizes for redemption & games i enjoy playing.

We had an amazing time with our host Bo at my son’s 7th Birthday Party on the weekend. Bo was so lovely and approachable for the kids - not to mention fun! They loved trying to beat him at games and he was a very good sport.

The venue was well set up and the kids had such a great time overall.we’d definitely recommend having a party at Macquarie Timezone to any parent - be it for a little boy or girl - we had a mixed group of boys and girls and they all enjoyed themselves!

My 8 year old had an excellent birthday party at Timezone Macquarie on Saturday. We were the 9am slot, which is definitely early for a party, but the venue was very quiet and we were able to use the party table right from the start. Our party host Theerun was great with the kids and made sure everything ran smoothly.
The venue doesn’t do food but, with so many supermarkets, food outlets and bakeries at Macquarie Centre, it was easy to pick up what we needed.
We picked up some party balloons from Big W just before the party (pre-ordered), but could have skipped that because there was a nice balloon display already on the table.

We have wonderful time for Aiden's 6+ Bday party. It's very efficient. The host, Josh, is very attentive and very helpful. He is very interactive with the kids. We are thankful to have him as our host!

Terrible experience!
I’m writing to share some terrible experiences regarding our recent visit with this Timezone’s hanging machines. My wife and our boys spent over $100 trying to enjoy the game, but unfortunately, they were unable to win anything.
The boys and my wife were extremely disappointed, as they felt the machine might not have been adjusted fairly to provide a reasonable chance of success. We understand that these games are designed to be challenging, but this experience felt particularly frustrating, leaving the impression that it was more discouraging than entertaining.
We value fair and enjoyable activities when visiting your venue and hope this feedback is helpful in ensuring other families have a more positive experience in the future.

We had a birthday party for our 8year old, had the best host: Valarie. She was playing with the kids and entertaining them, answering all the questions, and did the entire party arrangement. Fantastic host and kids had a blast. 🎉🎈🎊🎁

Went to TimeZone Macquarie Park for some light entertainment. Surprisingly we played the “Cut The Rope Game” and miraculously in two tries nailed the game and won a huge Star Wars Goodie Packs.
