Planning a wedding is never easy – yet when we started we thought we didn’t need a wedding co-ordinator. After some stressful times 9 months out with a change of venue, we decided to look into getting someone to help. Aimee was recommended to us by one of our vendors and after our first phone call with Aimee we knew she was a perfect match. From her organisation of the venue change and constant communication with us (even just checking in to make sure we were going okay) and the vendors, everything couldn’t have run smoother. She was amazing in the setup of the wedding and it was exactly what we wanted! Everything was so well organised and she just made it all so simple for us. The week of the wedding was made stress free as we knew Aimee had it all under control and we had complete trust in her. She definitely took the stress away from us! For those who think they don’t need a wedding co-ordinator, I’d definitely recommend you reconsider and get in touch with Aimee at Timeless Events. Thank you Aimee for making our day so perfect!

Aimee and her go-to team, are very reliable, professional, and personal and they really CARE about you. I am a wedding florist and have worked on a few events with Aimee and cant recommend her enough to Brides looking for a Wedding Planner or on-the-day coordinator. You really need someone on your side, like her, to make sure things run smoothly and you are not left disappointed. There are a lot of moving parts and coordination between vendors and staff and set up and if you don't have the right people guiding you, things can and do go wrong. I see it all the time and its very hard to see things go wrong or the couple.Venue coordinators are great but they are limited to what they will provide on the day and have other duties they have to tend to. Having your own personal coordinator on the day will take the guessing and risks away, you have someone making decisions and rolling out the plan like clock work. Aimee, and her team, are so organised and care for not only for you the Bride, but the whole team involved. I love it when a Bride has booked her, I know we will have a flawless event 🙂

Aimee is so wonderfully organised and creative! We were so at ease having her as our on the day coordinator for our April wedding at city beach, Perth. Not only did Aimee manage the set up, running and pack down of our reception, she promptly responded to any questions we had in the lead up, and met with us at our venue twice before the big day. She gave us lots of ideas about our venue and saved us a lot of time & money in the process.
It was a completely stress-free day knowing Aimee had it all under control. We can’t recommend Aimee and Timeless events highly enough!!
