Terrible service now they have been taken over by Ingenia holidays. We paid 1 nights' accommodation upon booking in ~ Jan23. Ingenia called 3 months prior to the scheduled holiday advising they wanted 100% booking paid upfront or they would cancel.
We advised them we were not aware of this change in T & C's. Four weeks later we called back to re-book with the full amount being paid 2 months prior to the scheduled holiday.
They did not advise us that they would not refund or transfer the original $306 deposit and we would need to pay this again. No email or written correspondence from Ingenia, they just took our money.
Historically we would pay the final amount minus 1 nights' accommodation upon arrival at the facility.

This place is a great place to get out, but in the caravan park there is a shop full of most of the necessities. I am not saying that everything is there. It is under new management. It would be better if they built some water features and provided more activities for the kids. It can be expensive. The toilet blocks are big but not very cleanor modern, they do take care of the property and the gardens are beautiful but I think they should take more care in the facilities.

Great family-friendly environment. Very well kept park. Ample facilities and amenities that are kept super clean. Powered sites are large. Park management are very helpful and friendly. Great piece of the Murray to relax and cool off too.

The view from the villa cabin is great, all the gum trees and the Murray River. Nice modern cabin with everything we needed in the kitchen. The road in is a bumpy dirt bush track so if it's too wet some cars may struggle.

Absolutely love it At The Time Out Holiday Park, my family & Myself Are having fun jumping on the inflatable bouncy pillow, teaching our boys 12 & 8yrs To fish, just a shame there’s no horse riding anymore as I would be riding everyday. Cabins are neat & Tidy and the Owners & Staff Are always available if you need something. There are also permanent residents here and a Convenience Shop That also has a Petrol bowser for anyone needing fuel, so no need to go into town for anything. It feels peaceful & tranquil out here, kangaroos and joeys come at night and in early hours. Would definitely recommend Time Out for anyone wanting to escape the rushing City.

Very friendly & welcoming staff. Large grass sites. Clean amenities. Pool, river & beach, kangaroos & koalas. Nice & quiet during the week, could get busy weekends & holidays. Road in very corrugated.

Awesome Easter weekend. The place has improved so much since the new owners took over 18 months ago. They have been fixing up facilities and provide great activities for the kids!

Could be much better if the management actually manage the park to it’s full potential. Bit of a shame really. Expect a nice caravan park due to other people and it’s location but don’t expect the best customer service as you simply won’t get that.
