Absolutely loved it!
The tour guide was easy going, and knowledgeable. The segway machines are really easy to learn and in about 1 to 2 minutes you feel comfortable. These are suitable for all ages and skills.
The tour was easy because of the terrain of Newington with lots of stops to learn the hustory of the site.

We are a non profit volunteer organization for our local school. We decided as a committee to hold a Gameshow based trivia night. I will say the whole night was amazing. Our MC Max engaged the crowd well and everyone had a blast. I can not recommend Max enough as without his presence on the night and his cheeky larakin attitude I don't think it would of been as successful. Max was also my main contact person and he came onsite to check our venue and all the technical behind the scenes to ensure my night was a roaring success. Cant wait to hold another night soon, especially the positive feedback from all ages attending. But will definitely be asking to have Max as my MC again!

I don't normally write reviews but this needed one. This was a bad experience for me. I travel a lot and have done many tours. Wouldn't recommend this company. We were visiting Sydney and booked a segway tour for Dec. 10, 2023. I received an email reminder about the tour the day before. We showed up one hour early at the meeting spot. We waited almost 2 hours. No one was there and the building was locked. I had my print out of the confirmation page of the tour and called the number but no answer. Did this several times. The park assistant called for us and also no answer. No prior communication from them about any cancellation. It was a no call no show on their part, and I will never book a tour with this company again.

We started on time and the team really enjoyed the session and were very engaged throughout the day.

We had around 65 of our staff members participate in the day's activities - Segway Olympics and Giant Foosball. It rained quite heavily on the day and even during the activities but that only made it more fun!! The staff at Time Out were all super friendly and so professional - and didn't even seem to mind standing out in the rain while we all had our fun. Thank you so much. We hope to be able to do it again at next year's overnight conference.

Our company participated in Segway Games with Time Out and had a fantastic time. 37 staff actively rode the segways and those who couldn't physically ride were encouraged to help out and participate in other ways. Most had never ridden a segway before but quickly gained their confidence. The event was really well run and Carl was great at controlling the environment and coaching everyone. It really encourages team work. Would definitely recommend for other groups for a fun afternoon of team building.
