I find Ticketebo great to deal with if you need any assistance at all, their support system is personal as you talk to an individual NOT a computer controlled impersonal system. Their booking fees are at the lower end of the market and there are no hidden fees, just a flat fee based on the ticket price and numbers of tickets purchased.

The team at Ticketebo have been outstanding. They have assisted us with a number of events from simple dinners to multiple session events.
The benefits to our Association have been enormous - not just from a simplified process for our office staff but in increased sales which we have put down to ease of the ticketing system for the customers. The Crew at Ticketebo are extremely helpful and responsive! They take all the stress out of ticketing an event, leaving more time for we Event Managers to have boots on the ground and get things rolling. I've used Ticketebo for 4 Events now including a fundraiser which had a ticket purchase and/or donation option. Ticketebo made the process easy for me and for the patrons!
