Both the wife and husband are so rude and abrupt. They cater to overseas students that are too scared to stand up for themselves.

I paid them to get my visa, which I was told would be done within the week. A week later we called and the wife said no it's not done, come back next week. The next week we call and she tells us off saying it was here waiting to be stuck into my passport, why didn't I come in? Finally, in person the husband admitted they must've missed the visa and thought it hadn't arrived yet. Go figure.

Avoid at all costs.

My parents bought tickets through Thuy Phan Travel and because of extenuating circumstances, they had to cancel it. Thuy was always responsive and we were well informed and made sure that the cancellation was processed and my parents have got our partial refund back. The communication was top notch. Thank you.

This is the worst travel agent in Sydney and among Vietnamese community. Terrible customer service. Me and my wife wanted to book an airline ticket over the phone, but the lady owner said she was very busy and hang up the phone right. Same thing happened to my wife. Another time, My friend went to her shop and booked a ticket with Thuy and her husband in person but the service he received was disgusting. Stay away.

Extremely poor customer service, condescending approach when a customer is trying to seek expert advice re: visa assistance from the staff.
