I got my equipment through these guys, it left a lot to be desired.
- The kitchen was measured wrong causing a three week delay. Despite the use of a laser measurer.
- They placed my deep fryer next to my open grill with no guard. After being open for three weeks I have given up waiting for this issue to be resolved and I sourced my own shield.
- After charging me for the installation for my heat lamps/shelves for my pass. I had to email them before anyone was sent out, but they did advise me on how to do it myself when it was delivered. Then when it was installed it looked like it had been done by a first-year apprentice. As in the legs weren't adjusted to suit the level of the bench and the person who did it only used two rivets on each leg instead of four. I am not even bothering asking for a refund for installation. It's been a month and no one has come to correct it.
- Their invoice system caused a lot of confusion and I had to get an accountant to explain it to me.
Update to review - When thy installed my dishwasher they didn't install a regulator, so just under twice the designed water pressure was being fed into my machine, causing the rinse cycle to malfunction resulting in a $700 repair bill from Moffat.

Not only were the people at this store very nice and helpful but kind also. It may not look much from the out side but inside is another story. It’s not just for catering services or shops they also sell individual items for your home kitchen needs, and they have a wide variety and great prices for exceptional quality. On another note if your like me and need a mobility aid and often can’t get into those pretty little homewares and kitchen shapes you’ll be nicely surprised at TCE. Even the Isle allow for wheelchairs and 4 wheel walkers with ease and the front door is a good size and level with the ground. I’ll take pictures next time I’m there for you

Needed a sandwich grill urgent as my current one was not working right. Called them they had some in stock, manage to get there just before closing they printed instructions on how to clean in an suggest some grill sheet for easy cleaning, also picked up a few other bits an pieces.
Friendly staff, help bring the grill to the car after they had closed.

I went to their office/warehouse once and met with Adrian and then emailed him 3 times within 3 weeks to get a quote re Canopy, but never get anything back accept an apologies and a promised to get back. About 3 months later, I am still waiting. No good!
