I cannot recommend Thirsty Swagman enough!!! From the moment I started planning, Kenneth took such great care of me! They were easy to work with and so kind! We did the package where we stayed at Hotel Senator, and we loved being right across from the Oktoberfest grounds!

When we checked in, we met our guides and they gave us a swag bag! The schedule for the week was clear and easy to follow and the food/beer vouchers were nice to have! All of our guides were incredibly friendly and so fun to interact with!

I am a travel agent, and will definitely be recommending Thirsty Swagman to my clients! If you want to go to Oktoberfest and not have to worry about a single thing, this is the way to go!

Our 3rd time at Oktoberfest with Thirsty Swagman and it was amazing once again! Kenneth and his crew take such good care, handle all of the important stuff and always keep you up to date, from months ahead when you’ve booked, to festival time.

Our reservations are taken care of and all we have to do is show up. Hotels and tents with food, DONE. ✔️
The hotels are all close to the fairgrounds, so it’s an easy walk. Also easy walking distance to and from the central train station.
The thoughtfulness and attention to detail is top notch. I honestly don’t know how they handle the groups, food and drink tickets (oh my gosh- THE FOOD!), and just their welcoming attention for each guest, with such ease.
We’ve made friends from all over the world in the Thirsty Swagman group. We’ve sang songs with strangers, ate tasty food and have had an all around FANTASTIC TIME!!
The guides are also great and so much fun. Extra honorable mention to the One & Only Max ?

Normally my husband and I travel alone but we’ve talked about this trip so much that we had about 14 friends join us this year.
Oktoberfest should be on your bucket list, if it’s not already. Kenneth and Thirsty Swagman should absolutely be the group for you.

What a blast! This is the second time that I have traveled with Thirsty Swagman to Oktoberfest in Munich. Both times have been fantastic! My group loved that it was so easy to navigate. Basically, get to your hotel, meet at the assigned time and the friendly, local guides will take care of you. Our group of 7 stayed at the Hotel Senator. It was perfect since it is literally across the road from the Fest grounds. The fact that the Thirsty Swagman team takes care of reservations at beer tents is probably the best feature of the package. Not having to worry about getting a table in popular tents is really nice. Would definitely recommend a tour with Thirsty Swagman!

The Thirsty Swagman tour guides were great ,everything ran smooth and exceeded my expectations. Kenneth does an amazing job of coordinating the tour packages and accommodations. We had plenty of time to tour Munich and meet the locals. The beer tents were awesome and it was great to see such large crowds be respectful of one another and having a good time. Hat's off to Thirsty Swagman for a job well done.

We did the Oktoberfest 2023 Middle weekend, staying at Le Meridian hotel. The tour was a fantastic time and the organization was seamless. Kenneth and Vanessa were so friendly and helpful, they knew everything there was to know about the festival and led us to excellent reserved tables for an absolute blast at the Lowenbrau and Hofbrau tents. Highly recommend this tour and Thirsty Swagman in general!!!

The 2024 Stuttgart Beer festival was our first trip with Thirsty Swagman but it won’t be our last. It was an amazing experience. We actually booked this trip for 2020 but of course they didn’t happen. Kenneth was very helpful with us when we were rebooking from one year to the next; thanks to him for keeping our spot for us over the years. It was so nice not to worry about hotels and tickets to the beer festival; Kenneth and his team took care of everything. All we had to do was show up and have a great time, which we did. Cannot recommend this company enough. We did the Oktoberfest 2024 tour in Munich which was very well organized and the crew were attentive, super personable and their English was almost like a native speaker! Kudos to the team

The hotel was also ideally located near the showgrounds which made "walking" back in the evening quick and easy.
