Seems like a well run place, used to be located in Moonee Ponds Central shopping centre but they have now moved to independent premises nearby.

Coles car park across the road will provide a couple of hours free parking.

We booked last year and travelled to Greece. We had an amazing time and this was largely due to the care taken to make sure our travel needs were considered. This required an experienced and patient travel agent.

I was getting super excited to book my holiday from Melbourne to Thailand. However, I had a concern in relation to the travel requirements around the Thai pass and the current update on what vaccines I required. I called the travel agency and spoke to Chloe, and she said we don’t have that information until the flights are booked. (As they are printed out with the booking)

I said to her I don’t want to book flights without knowing the requirements as I may not be able to go. Which obviously seems fair.

I did ask her if she could find the answers to the simple concern and she then replied “sorry we don’t give information out for free, you will have to call someone else.

Now I am not the one to write bad reviews, nor any..

But I was absolutely taken away and shocked by the poor customer service and simple questions which should have simple answers which would have led to myself purchasing flights through this business. I’m not sure if Chloe had a bad day however as a business owner myself, it’s most definitely not how you speak to people. I won’t ever go back to them again (yes I am actually a pre existing customer)

After being in lockdown for years and not being able to travel we decided it was time to travel again and gave this local business a go & believe me it was one of the best decisions I have made! Kay spent hours planning my family trip to the States, the detail she went into was phenomenal! After weeks of planning our trip my husband had a positive covid test at the airport a few minutes before boarding & we had to cancel our trip.
As it was Christmas holidays the agent was closed but Kay responded to all of my frantic emails (while on her first family trip in 2 years), got all my money back, helped with my insurance claims & even rebooked our family to travel interstate.
The best thing that happened to me this year was meeting Kay, I have not experienced this type of service from any agency ever & have never been happier with the service I was provided.
I will be booking every single trip I go on with this experienced agency, thank you for everything you’ve done for my family & I.
