I loved every moment of the 2-week kite trip to Brazil with Zu! The planning was fantastic—from the variety of kite spots we visited almost every day to the great pousadas and other activities like downwinders, clinics, and fun dinner nights. My skills improved significantly, thanks to the skilled instructors and the supportive group who were always helping each other and sharing tips on improving tricks. I have had the best experience with the Zu team.
I was super nervous about starting the sport but the easy-going and professional team at the Zu made the experience of learning so much fun and a lot less intimidating. They are a team of amazing instructors and always ensure that you're comfortable and ready to take on the next challenge.
I was promised that I'd be up on the board by the final lesson of the beginner package and they did not disappoint.
Will definitely be recommending them to anybody looking to get into Kite boarding.

Learning to kite at the The Zu allowed me to experience the wonders of kitesurfing in not time at all. The lessons were structured to ensure I felt safe at all times, and the instructors were friendly, approachable, and above all else, knowledgeable. Learning to kite surf with the Zu is an awesome experience

I did the 6 hour course over 3 lessons and had no prior experience. I had 3 different instructors that were all very clear and fun. The whole team that I met were super nice people that had a genuine love for the sport including Carlos, Hayato, Milena and Josh.

The instructors are super helpful that even weeks after my lessons I’m still getting their advice about buying my first kite.

Overall super fun sport to get into and super good people to help you along the way. Highly rate the Zu 10/10

Great time with the 2hr lesson @ Zu Kite. Easy scheduling online. Good communication prior via email for coordination. Weather was dodgy / a bit dreadful (rain, 20+ kts winds, 13C), but the beach is nice and water not too cold with the wetsuit provided (and the option to add another neoprene layer). Ed the instructor was fantastic - super knowledgeable and excellent in setting a goal for the day and executing the plan. Highly recommend!
