3rd time to Yook Baulkham Hills, beautiful service with good quality meat. This time I ordered pork jowl, rib finger and marinated beef rib for bbq and seafood toufu stew. The marinated beef rib is highly recommended with good marble of the whole meat, the marination is on the sweet side which fit my liking. It could get smokey in the restaurant, but it's Korean BBQ after all. One thing for improvement is that they need to sharpen the scissor.

This place is one of our favorite Korean charcoal barbecue spots. It boasts both indoor and outdoor seating areas adorned with nice decor. The à la carte Korean BBQ here is delightful, and the owner and staff are exceptionally friendly. Their food is simply scrumptious, pairing perfectly with beer and wine. It’s an ideal spot to unwind on a Friday night.

Been to the Yook in Chatswood and thought we give it a try at Baulkham Hills. I must commend that the food was delicious - we ordered the fluffy steamed egg in stone pot and beef jap chae to share. The steamed egg was yummy and the flavours were spot on, complement so well with our steamed rice! Beef japchae was yummy as well. Thank you for the wonderful service and yummy food. We will definitely come back again! 🤩

Had a meal as a party of 12 in mid-May at The Yook on a Saturday evening. The big boss came by at the end of our meal to check that everything was alright.
We sat outside on the terrace, and it was still surprisingly warm. Spacious seating.
The food flavours all complimented each other well.
We ordered a variety of dishes from japchae, seafood pancake to platters of meat.
The staff were nice and friendly, and tried to help us with 2 heaters on the terrace. However, the second heater kept switching off- think it just needed a change of gas!

I really wanted to like this place, however, left disappointed. The only thing that was good was the beef fingers which was nice and tender and the marinade was on-point. However everything else was very salty.

The seafood pancake was not worth the price of $28. It was oily, very salty and did not have much seafood but heaps of green onions. Though it was crispy, but my brother and I only picked out the seafood we could find in the pancake and only ate that because it was honestly all green onions and so much batter so they might as well called that green onion pancakes.

Customer service was okay at the beginning with the nice lady and the younger guy waiter. While we were placed on the other side of the restaurant with only 4 booths and it was full. The older guy server came in and went to all the booths to ask if everything was going okay, and did not bother asking us/skipped us. But we can see why as the other booths were non-Asians, which is not right to be honest. Everyone should be treated fairly despite of race.

Definitely will not be coming back.

The Korean barbecue restaurant located at Buckhill Shopping Center had a clean and spacious interior. The quality of the meat was good for the price. However, I was disappointed that the cold water noodle soup wasn't very refreshing. When the weather gets warmer, it would be nice to sit on the outdoor terrace and enjoy a meal

Had previously visited The Yook Chatswood branch, so was keen to see if the Baulkham Hills store could match. It did. Good quality cuts of meat, delicious and authentic Korean BBQ in the Hills.

A really great place for KBBQ. Had the Wagyu set. It was high quality and was not serve frozen. It's Wagyu, so buttery, fatty and very beefy taste. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Only issue was the smoke suction funnel was blocking the light. I cannot see the meat when cooking.
